Supervision skills training for Advanced Health Improvement Practitioners

About the course

The training is supervision skills for advanced HIPs and is being delivered by Aly McNicoll from The New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre, an expert in coaching and mentoring. This programme of learning is for advanced HIPs that are either currently or will be able to provide professional supervision.

This supervision training aims to inform advanced HIPs on models of supervision, to supervise HIPs and/or other roles within IPMHA who services in their organisation and/or district. There is no requirement by Te Pou to be available to provide supervision to other districts or as nationally unless this is something that is agreed between different organisations or collaboratives.
