Funded training opportunity
Te Pou is pleased to announce a funded training opportunity that is being made available to health coaches and health coach leads.
This supervision skills for health coaches and health coach leads training is being delivered by Aly McNicoll from The New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre, an expert in coaching and mentoring. This programme of learning is for health coaches and health coach leads that are either currently providing, or will be able to provide, supervision.
This supervision training aims to inform health coaches and health coach leads on models of supervision with an emphasis on peer supervision. There is no requirement by Te Pou to be available to provide supervision to other districts or nationally unless this is something that is agreed between different organisations or collaboratives.

Supervision skills for health and social service professionals
NZQA micro-credential level 5, 5 credits (with an emphasis on peer supervision) two-day course plus follow-up session delivered via Zoom with everyone on their own device.
