Ki Te Ao Mārama: Understanding trauma-informed approaches & pathways to healing | Workshop 3

Join us for the third and final online workshop in this series from Te Pou, Le Va, and Whāraurau aimed at strengthening your knowledge and skills in trauma-informed and health-centred care.

In our previous workshops, we explored what trauma is and how it impacts the people we serve. Now, our focus is on how you can build a trauma-informed environment within your organisation.

As a trauma-informed environment is built collectively, leadership at all levels is required, from frontline practice to supervision and policy. Consequently, this session is open to everyone – from frontline kaimahi, to leaders and educators across the mental health and addictions sector.
