Employment and mental health option grid

The Employment and mental health option grid (EmOG) has been created to help people and their health providers have evidence-informed conversations about the benefits and risks of returning to employment.

The resource uses the research evidence to compare the options of 'continuing to stay off paid work’ versus ‘takings steps to return to work with the help of an employment specialist’ in relation to a number of frequently asked questions.

The grid was published in partnership with the Option grid international collaborative.
