We are delighted that Emeritus Professor David Fergusson is working alongside Te Pou, providing advice and consultancy so we can develop evidence based policy on the implementation of policy, alongside the management and treatment of mental health and addiction issues.
Professor Fergusson is former research director of the Christchurch Health and Development Study and is the author of over 460 books, papers and reports on mental health and associated matter.
He has played an influential role in the development of the Christchurch-based Early Start home visiting service and the development of Government services for children and adolescents with conduct problems.
