Evaluation of IPS implementation manager role - Interim report

In May 2015 Workwise Auckland and Counties Manukau DHB began piloting a one year individual placement and support (IPS) implementation manager role.

The goal of this process evaluation is to examine the establishment and function of the IPS implementation manager role in New Zealand.

The final report will consider the findings of this report in the context of the repeat fidelity reviews, the referral and employment data and the measurement of health professionals attitudes and expectations around employement.
