This resource supports organisations to make sure Let’s get real: Disability is a part of service planning. Organisations can use the tool to look at the needs of their workforce at an individual, team and service level.

Organisations should follow a four stage process to put Let’s get real: Disability into practice:

The Service planning tool guides organisations through the analyse stage. The tool provides processes and templates to do this.
