Emily Scerri-Davis

I have been part of the Te Pou team since August 2024 as an Operations Support Coordinator. My role allows me to support various teams throughout the organisation. I also participate in operational projects aimed at enhancing the work environment for all our kaimahi. My background in computing and business studies has equipped me with the skills necessary to effectively support my colleagues.

I have been based in Waikato since early 2021, originally coming from Hawke’s Bay. Driven by my own mental health journey, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in the mental health and addiction sector. I strive to embody the values of empathy, resilience, and continuous improvement in my work.

Working with Te Pou has been an incredible opportunity for me. I am grateful to be part of an organisation that cares deeply for its people, adheres strongly to its values, and continuously strives to do its best for our wider communities.
