| I came to Te Pou with more than five years supporting our general mental health and addiction sector workforce with expertise in administration and team coordination. In my role, I work alongside our managers, researchers, data analysts and evaluators to ensure they have what they need, when they need it to keep growing the capacity of our workforce to achieve better wellbeing outcomes for everyone. Working closely with the Integrated Programmes Development Lead, I aim to ensure the projects or programmes of work have the relevant information, can draw on connections as needed and help them feel supported in their work. |
