My role at Te Pou is to translate big-picture strategic priorities into practical operational actions. Focussing on driving projects that improve systems, streamline processes, and boost collaboration across teams. This includes implementing project management software like Smartsheet, and updating and operationalising our internal project management framework, Ngā Pou Tāhuhu. These initiatives ensure projects are aligned with organisational values and delivered in a way that is people-centred and future-ready.

I come from Hertfordshire in the southeast of England and now live in Ōtautahi Christchurch with my family and love Pug, Suki. We enjoy spending our weekends surfing and exploring the many trails in the Port Hills and tramping throughout the South Island
