Retina Rimal

I am an Evaluator at Te Pou, where I have been working since 2023 alongside programme and project leads to nurture a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement. Together with my team, I design and carry out evaluation processes that support evidence-informed decision-making and generate meaningful insights into programme outcomes, impact, and areas for growth.

With a PhD in Health Science (2021) and a strong background in multidisciplinary research, I bring both a critical and compassionate lens to understanding what works, why it works, and how we can improve. I am passionate about using evidence to drive positive change, empower teams, and enhance services—ultimately making a real difference in people’s lives and communities.
