Ember’s marketing, communications and media is managed by Simon Kozak our Marketing Manager. Simon is an award winning marketer and holder of the Westpac Excellence In Business, Excellence in Marketing Gold Award. His career spans over 30 years, with much of it spent in senior leadership roles with well-known advertising agencies. Over the last 12+ years he’s been engaged in “heart work” in the not for profit sector. Simon hasn’t had a drink for over ten years and describes his lived experience and opportunity to deploy his professional talents with Ember and be part of the Equally Well Backbone team as “a happy collision”.
