Launch of the updated Competencies for the Aotearoa CPSLE workforce

The CPSLE Competency Framework (July 2026) represents the latest evolution of the competencies supporting consumer, peer support, and lived experience leadership and mahi in Aotearoa. Developed to reflect the continued growth and maturity of the CPSLE workforce, the framework builds on the competencies developed in 2014 and refreshed in 2021, providing a shared understanding of the knowledge, skills, values, and practices that underpin effective lived experience roles.
