Let’s get real is a values-based framework widely used in health organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand, however, we know that the resources could be utilised more by leaders in the sector. Your whakaaro will help us make Let’s get real more useful for your role. The intention of the project is to work closely with leaders bringing te ao Māori, Pasifika and lived experience and to gain insights from leaders across the diversity of our health workforce.

The focus group has been designed to explore the following:
1. What are the challenges facing health leaders?
2. What are the various pathways and resources they use to resolve and/or address those challenges?
3. How satisfied they are with the pathways, resources, and resolution?

This is an online focus group for Māori health leaders, facilitated by one of our Ringa Tohutohu Matua – Māori Lead kaimahi. It will take no more than 90 minutes of your time.
