Equip are hosting a Mental Health First Aid workshop. Facilitated by Julia Grace, attendees can expect to learn valuable skills to support people experiencing mental health challenges and gain confidence in recognising and responding to common mental health conditions.
The workshop is delivered in Mairangi Bay, Auckland, over two days on 22 and 23 May.
