Thanks to global research we now know a lot about factors that maximise brain health.
Fourteen factors have been identified, and although some have relevance at particular points across the lifespan, applying these at any age can be beneficial to the brain. For people noticing changes in memory and thinking, improving brain health becomes even more important and may prevent or delay the progression on to dementia.
To mark International Brain Health Awareness Month this March, Te Pou is offering a Brain Health lunchtime webinar for those interested in understanding the normal ageing changes to the brain, mild cognitive impairment and dementia. Plus, the key Brain Health factors to know about. At the conclusion of the webinar, you will be encouraged to identify an action that will support your brain health and where to get support to do that if needed.
You can watch the recording of the webinar and download key documents using the buttons below.
