Standard MHFA workshop with The Therapy Project

Delivered by The Therapy Project in Queenstown, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Aotearoa training provides practical, hands-on skills to support people experiencing mental distress or mental health challenges.

This two-day course focuses on building confidence to notice changes in behaviour, start supportive conversations, respond appropriately when someone is struggling, and understand when and how to encourage further help. Participants learn a structured approach to offering initial support, while maintaining clear boundaries and personal wellbeing.

The training is suitable for community members, workplaces, and organisations wanting to strengthen mental health awareness and support skills across Queenstown and surrounding communities.
