An exciting opportunity to work with Odyssey has arisen and we are looking for an organised, efficient, and enthusiastic Case Administrator to join the AODTC team at our community centre in New Lynn. This non-clinical, permanent position operates Monday to Friday providing administrative, organisational and functional support to colleagues and those clients progressing through this innovative programme.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Two years relevant experience working as an administrator, receptionist and/or office manager or similar
- Be a strong communicator - balancing discretion and sensitivity with a good sense of humor
- Have experience in administration with exceptional computer, word-processing and keyboard skills
- Be able to manage your time and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Be able to work unsupervised as part of a team
- Have the ability to evaluate information thoroughly, with a high attention to detail
- Have either experience or interest in working alongside clients within the health and addictions field
- Be able to legally drive in New Zealand without restriction
In return we offer:
- A salary between $60,000 and $68,000 depending on skills and experience
- 22 days annual leave, and 5 days paid study leave per annum
- Professional and career development opportunities
- A dedicated team who are passionate about what they do
Odyssey has supported thousands of New Zealanders whose lives are affected by alcohol, drug or other addiction challenges. We wholeheartedly believe that everyone living in New Zealand should have the opportunity to live life to the fullest, to feel hopeful about their future and to have meaningful relationships with friends and whānau.
