Clinical Coordinator - Marinoto Rodney North, Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Services

About us

Many young people in New Zealand experience mental health difficulties at some point over the course of their childhood and teenage years. At Health New Zealand, Waitemata, the Marinoto North Child and Adolescent team offer mental health support to young people and their whanau across the Marinoto North/Rodney areas.

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our dedicated and supportive team. The Clinical Coordinator role is to support service operations and clinical leadership within our North team.

Marinoto Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service sees young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health disorders. This leadership position will be primarily based with our North team at Milford.

We are looking for an outstanding individual with experience in the following:

  • Three to five years of clinical experience working in the mental health sector
  • Understanding of needs for youth and young adults who experience moderate to severe mental health issues
  • An understanding of the CAPA Model of service delivery
  • Excellent skills in risk assessment and risk management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
