About the role
An exciting opportunity is available to provide clinical leadership in our West Acute Mental Health team. This challenging and rewarding position requires a special person with demonstrated clinical and operational leadership skills who is well organised, flexible, and relates well to others.
As a Coordinator, you will incorporate leadership and coordination of clinical service delivery, ensuring best practice is adhered to, along with employee supervision.
As there is a requirement to supervise and oversee clinicians' workload, the need to demonstrate experience in handling your own workload is essential.
You will need:
- a relevant tertiary health qualification in Nursing
- current Annual Practicing Certificate
- previous experience within a variety of mental health settings, including the community
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- a full driver's licence
- a good sense of humour.
