The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, using your occupational therapy expertise to help people thrive in their communities. It’s all about empowerment, inclusion, and supporting people to live their best lives.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping whānau at the heart of everything we do
  • Providing top-notch assessments, treatment, and reviews
  • Supporting meaningful occupation for tāngata whai ora, taiohi and whānau
  • Leading with innovation and a wellbeing-first mindset
  • Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborating on support plans that reflect physical, emotional, and spiritual goals
  • Working closely with internal and external services

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5pm

About You | Mōu

You will have:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current NZ registration
  • Must have a current annual practicing certificate
  • A current full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
  • A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
  • An understanding of what you need for your own wellbeing.
  • Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
