Training Coordinator and Administrator - 20 hours per week

Do you have great administration (including training administration) experience and IT savvy?

Then we may have your perfect job! We are looking for a capable administrator with training coordination/administration experience to join our small HR team, based in New Windsor, West Auckland.

Working 20 hours per week (days/hour to be negotiated), you will be responsible for coordinating our training programme for new employees (kaimahi), with support from our P&C Administrator. You will also provide administration support for other training activities and organisational events, and for other HR initiatives within the People and Capabilities team as required.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two year’s relevant administration experience, including training coordination experience
  • Strong IT skills and experience of using relational databases (preferably for training purposes)
  • A demonstrated interest in Odyssey’s work
  • People and team focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable
  • A great eye for detail

In return we offer:

  • A salary between $60,000 and $68,000 per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience
  • Onsite car parking + up to 5 days study leave per annum
