Our ADOM graph builder tool has been updated so that all previous prefilled that were 0 (zero) are now left blank. Any blanks will go automatically to 5 (not specified) on the graph. Not specified is still able to be inputted.

The ADOM graph builder is an Excel-based, user friendly tool to generate a populated ADOM feedback wheel.

This tool is aimed at services that do not have systems that automatically generate feedback wheels.

  • The feedback wheel is a collaborative, visual tool. If you are not familiar with the feedback wheel speak to your ADOM trainer.
  • Several ADOM collections can be generated on the same wheel, we recommend using the initial (post assessment) data and one other.
  • At a team level it is possible to use data generated from several services users and several collections.
