Guidance for employers of Skills Matter trainees

Trainees’ employing organisations have asked what they need to know – and do – to support a team member or colleague through their programme of study. This resource aims to answer these questions.

It provides information and guidance to assist with achieving two important outcomes for trainees and the service they work in:

• successful completion of the post graduate study
• ‘training transfer’ – trainees actually using and applying their new learning in their workplace.
