HoNOS family completion report Oct – Dec 2022

The completion report for the HoNOS family of measures for all Te Whatu Ora Districts for the period October to December 2022. The HoNOS family of measures includes HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOS65+, HoNOS-LD and HoNOS secure. The collection rate recommended by the Ministry of Health is 80%+ for both inpatient and community collections. This collection could be an assessment only, admission, review or discharge collection.
