Knowing the People Planning (KPP) is a practical approach that assists Hawkes Bay’s mental health services plan for and meet the needs of service users. KPP is based on a six monthly audit to evaluate real service user outcomes in order to assess how well Hawkes Bay mental health systems are working and to identify where improvement is needed.
