National report cards have been created to show the feedback gathered through Mārama Real-Time Feedback over the past six months. In this time, 3324 surveys were completed by DHB and NGOs asking about the following areas:
- Relationships/Partnerships
- Communication/Information
- Continuity of Care/Coordination
- Family Involvement
- Recovery and Support
- Friends and Family
- Respect.
The results indicate where improvements can be made.
The first report card looks at the results from tāngata whai ora and the second looks at the whānau results.
