This summary provides a snapshot of the health improvement practitioner (HIP) workforce delivering integrated primary mental health and addiction (IPMHA) services. Results are presented from a survey undertaken in February and March 2022, in which 154 HIPs took part (58% response rate). Respondents were undertaking or had completed training prior to 31 December 2021.
