Join us for this one-day in person workshop for kaimahi with an interest in Keeping it Real | Kia Pono te Tika and how to use it effectively in organisations.

Following this workshop, you will:

The workshop will equip you to:

  • use the seven Real Skills to promote more responsiveness to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our diverse communities
  • use tools to support kaimahi and enhance organisational culture and systems such as recruitment and workforce planning
  • be ready to use the Real Skills Assessment tool to reflect on individual and team strengths to inform learning and development within your services
  • plan how to embed this mahi into your services using evidence-based implementation approaches.
