The Real Skills assessment tool provides a quick and easy way for organisations, teams, groups, and individuals to assess knowledge and skills against Keeping it Real | Kia Pono te Tika. These are free workforce planning tools available to organisations, teams, groups, and individuals that work alongside tāngata whai ora and whānau experiencing addiction and/or mental health challenges.
The Real Skills assessment tool enables reflection and reporting on the strengths and development needs of individuals, teams, groups, and organisations.
Aggregated responses support Te Pou, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, and the wider sector in understanding the strengths of the workforce and identifying opportunities to develop targeted training and resources.
