Let’s get real enables organisations to engage people with the values, attitudes and essential skills necessary to consistently support people and whānau with mental health and addiction needs in any health setting.

We updated our interview form in line with the Let's get real framework to ensure it was values focused. Using the Real Skills we could see if people were ready with the right mindset for the role and encourage them to reflect on their own attitudes towards people.
