National Service Delivery Lead Tūturu

Are you passionate about supporting secondary schools to better respond to alcohol, other drugs, gambling, and other wellbeing issues? Are you great at creating provider networks and facilitating change? Do you want all young people to be better prepared when making decisions around their wellbeing?

We are looking for a National Delivery Lead to support our Tūturu programme.

Tūturu helps secondary schools support student wellbeing, using a strengths-based approach.

It combines education and health expertise to strengthen the school climate and pastoral care pathways. We also deliver professional learning and development to school staff, and support curriculum approaches that build critical thinking in rangatahi through the development of curriculum resources for students in Years 9 to 13.

Tūturu is delivered through a national network of local provider organisations, with Tūturu Leads and Senior Leads working across Aotearoa in collaboration with schools and health services.

What you'll do:

• Support and coach our network of Tūturu Leads throughout the motu, through regular check-ins, so they can effectively manage their on-going relationships with secondary schools
• Work with our partner organisations to recruit, onboard and induct new Tūturu Leads into the programme
• Monitor the delivery of a whole school approach across each of the regions.

• Dynamic problem-solving skills
