To avoid long-term health risks, the Health Promotion Agency (HPA) recommends that at any one time:

• men drink no more than 3 standard drinks
• women drink no more than 2 standard drinks.

This plastic drink cup is marked with the standard drink size for:

• a 4% beer/RTD
• a 6% beer
• a 8% RTD
• a 12% glass of wine
• a 30ml drink of 40% spirits.

It is a useful tool to show what a standard drink really is.
