Gael Paton (she/her)

I’m a communications and marketing professional with over 25 years’ experience across the education, health, infrastructure, and workforce sectors.

In my role at Te Pou and Blueprint for Learning, which I started in October 2025, I provide communication and marketing advice and support teams to share their work in meaningful and effective ways. I am particularly interested in work that strengthens wellbeing and supports positive outcomes for people and communities.

I hold a Master of Arts in Media, a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications, and a Bachelor of Business in Management and Marketing. I’m also a published writer, which reflects my lifelong love of storytelling.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family, travelling, writing, and photography.
