Megan Beattie

I joined Te Pou in October 2024 as an Operations Support Coordinator, where I play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our team. My responsibilities include coordinating travel and accommodation, organising events and conferences, processing invoices, and managing a variety of office tasks and errands. I thrive in a fast-paced environment where I can support others to do their best work.

Prior to Te Pou, I spent seven years in the recruitment industry across New Zealand and Australia, after relocating from Ireland in 2017. My recruitment experience spans multiple industries, giving me a strong foundation in people-focused work and operational efficiency.

I’m passionate about people and proud to now contribute to the mental health and addictions sector, where I feel my work has a meaningful impact.
