Rose is a Lived Experience Partner with Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa and a member of both the organisation’s Pasifika Advisory Group and the national group 3Village1Island. She is a bold advocate for people, culture, and systems that uplift rather than confine. Rose actively challenges systems and policies to better reflect the real needs of our communities, driving change across addiction, mental health, and disability spaces to strengthen equity, belonging, and cultural visibility throughout Aotearoa’s wellbeing landscape.
