With a long history of working in the addiction sector, and my own experiences of growing up in Aotearoa, I have developed a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. My career has been dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those affected by addiction and to continue supporting the professional development of people working with people.

I started at Te Pou in January 2023 as Programme Manager Addiction, sitting within the Practice team, where I enjoy the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this role, including working alongside a talented group of people who support the sector with evidenced informed material.

Transitioning from grassroots work within the addiction sector to workforce development has allowed me to leverage my experience and skills in new ways, contributing to the development and implementation of effective addiction resources and programmes.
