Sima Clarke

Programme Lead MHAKPI Programme

After six years supporting the Data, Information and Research team at Te Pou, I took a fixed term role as Workforce Consultant Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Service at Waikato DHB. This experience informs my priorities for the KPI Programme - to enable the workforce to improve their practice to deliver better services for tāngata whai ora, whānau and their communities. Using data and information more effectively, and benchmarking performance against indicators are tools that can aid our workforce to achieve this.

I bring an existing knowledge of the MHA data and information landscape to the KPI Programme. Along with the ability to effectively coordinate diverse stakeholder groups locally and internationally, organise large scale events, and build strong working relationships across the New Zealand public sector, including DHBs and NGOs.
