Te Ara Tūpuna Rangatira | Celebrating Leadership – Courageous and Bold

NZ Leadership Event  16 March 2021

In partnership with the Ministry of Health, IIMHL (International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership), Werry Workforce Whāraurau and Le Va, Te Pou brought you a national Leadership Event: Te Ara Tūpuna Rangatira | Celebrating Leadership – Courageous and Bold.

This in-person gathering was about celebrating leadership – hearing from others who have made courageous and bold decisions in times of change and uncertainty. We heard from a variety of leaders who highlighted their own style of leadership and how this influences them in their roles. The day provided an opportunity for leaders to reflect on their own style, to learn and connect.
