CPSLE Competencies and Strategy and Action Plan roadshow: Dunedin

Join Te Pou for a national roadshow introducing the consumer, peer support and lived experience (CPSLE) Competencies 2026 and the accompanying Strategy and Action Plan 2026–2031.

Developed by and for the lived experience workforce, the Competencies provide a shared framework for practice, professional development and workforce growth. The Strategy and Action Plan outlines a collective pathway for strengthening and sustaining the CPSLE workforce across Aotearoa over the next five years.

Through this interactive roadshow, kaimahi will explore the competencies and strategy, consider what implementation looks like in practice, and discuss how organisations, leaders and lived experience workers can work together to support meaningful change.

The sessions will also provide an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and contribute to the ongoing development of a strong, visible and valued lived experience workforce.
