In 2022 we published the consumer, peer support, and lived experience (CPSLE) workforce survey, which revealed a complex and well-qualified workforce who continue to provide a unique and crucial service, whilst navigating challenges and barriers that exist within the system. The survey was completed by 244 people in paid and unpaid lived experience roles. In the context of this survey, the webinar will discuss:
- CPSLE workforce development
- implementation of Te Tiriti principles in the workforce
- roles and organisations employing people in lived experience roles
- pay and conditions of the workforce
- future intentions and career opportunities
