If you completed your Mental Health First Aid course in 2023 or earlier, now's the time to refresh your skills. MHFA accreditation lasts three years, and our refresher course ensures you stay current and confident in your ability to support others.

The refresher course helps you:

✅ Update your knowledge with current best practices. Mental health understanding and approaches continue to evolve, and the refresher ensures you're equipped with the latest information.

✅ Maintain your confidence in providing mental health support. Revisiting the ALGEE framework and practicing your skills helps keep your knowledge sharp and your confidence strong.

✅ Extend your MHFAider accreditation for another three years. Stay recognised as a trained MHFAider and continue making a difference in your workplace and community.

The refresher is open to anyone who has completed the two-day Standard MHFA Aotearoa or Workplace MHFA Aotearoa workshops.
