This report uses data from the collection of ADOM (the alcohol and drug outcome measure) from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 to answer this important question. It compares the assessment only collections (where people are not admitted to the service) with treatment start collections (where people are admitted to the service) and provides analysis on the differences within assessment only collections.
