ADOM Report 14

The fourteenth national alcohol and other drug outcome measure (ADOM) report looks at tāngata whai ora accessing services for co-existing problems (CEP); accessing both mental health and community addiction services) with valid ADOM collections. Results are compared to people receiving community addiction services alone. It covers the period January 2020 to December 2022.

We use PRIMHD (Programme for the Integration of Mental Health Data) data supplied by Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, extracted on 26 April 2023. Analyses use ADOM data collected at treatment start. They also use matched pair data, where ADOM has been collected at both at treatment start and treatment end.
