The HoNOS (Health of the nation outcomes scales) family of measures (which includes HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOS 65+, HoNOS secure and HoNOS LD) are mandated for collection by the Ministry of Health. To ensure these measures are correctly and reliably collected we have some basic collection rules.
Important collection rules connected to transfers between community and inpatient settings are now changing. This fact sheet highlights these changes and outlines what you need to do. These changes are from 1 July 2021.
