DHB mental health and addiction employees profile 2020

Te Pou has produced the fifth report in the annual series of DHB mental health and addiction employee profile reports. This report summarises the socio-demographic and service profile of 8,419 DHB employees working in 7,554 FTE positions as of 30 June 2020.

This year’s report continues to describe employee age as a key risk to DHB workforce size, diversity, and wellbeing. Te Pou is working with the HWIP team to identify ways to produce more meaningful reports that describe the current workforce status as well as trends over time.
