Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora has confirmed that further progression of the hub and spoke model for health improvement practitioner (HIP) training programme delivery will continue in 2025.
Te Pou has undertaken a brief scan of the research to identify success factors for this approach. Some of the key findings from this are included in this report to inform the planning and implementation of the HIP hub and spoke approach.
