The completion report for the HoNOS family of measures for all the DHBs looking at the period January to March 2021. The HoNOS family of measures includes HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOS65+, HoNOS-LD and HoNOS secure. The collection rate recommended by the Ministry of Health is 80%+ for both inpatient and community collections. This collection could be an assessment only, admission, review or discharge collection.
