HoNOS family completion report Jan to Mar 2025

The completion report for the HoNOS family of measures for all Te Whatu Ora Districts for the period January to March 2025. The HoNOS family of measures includes HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOSI, HoNOS65+, HoNOS LD and HoNOS secure. The collection rate recommended by the Manatū Hauora, Ministry of Health is 80%+ for both inpatient and community collections. This collection could be an assessment only, admission, review or discharge collection.
