The completion report for the HoNOS family of measures for all the Te Whatu Ora District Services looking at the period July to September 2024. The HoNOS family of measures includes HoNOS, HoNOSCA, HoNOS65+, HoNOS-LD and HoNOS secure. The collection rate recommended by the Ministry of Health is 80%+ for both inpatient and community collections. This collection could be an assessment only, admission, review or discharge collection.
